The sensitive nurturing touch of a trained prenatal massage therapist can melt away your aches and pains and renew your sense of well being.
Our treatments address issues from before you were pregnant like: neck and shoulder pain, repetitive stress, sports or other injuries, as well as the new issues brought on or made worse by the pregnancy such as: Hip and low back pain, sciatica, calf cramps, carpal tunnel and others.
Our therapists all possess advanced training in massage modifications for safety as well as specific techniques and applications for a variety of pregnancy related orthopedic conditions. Our specialized training enables us to help women throughout pregnancy. Even in the first trimester or past due.
We use a special orthopedic positioning system designed for pregnancy which allows an expecting mother to lay face down, all the way through 42 weeks without putting pressure on belly or breasts. Supported side-lying and reclined positions are also available depending on the needs of the individual. We make our clients so comfortable, they often jokingly request that we tuck them in at night.

Some may need to come more or less often depending on the condition of their muscles and the level of recurring stress. During your initial session we will assess your physical condition and make appropriate recommendations based on your goals.
